1. The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no.11/2020 dated 19.01.2020 registered at Police Station Anand Parbat for the offences punishable under Section 354/354A/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. The complainant is present. She submits that she has already married to the petitioner. IO has also verified that the complainant got married to the petitioner around a month after lodging the FIR. Neutral Citation Number 2022/DHC/005307 CRL.M.C. 1983/2022

3. Learned APP for the State also states that as per instructions from the IO, the parties are married and happily living together.

4. I have inquired from the complainant, there seems to be no fear, force or coercion on the complainant.

5. In view of the extra ordinary peculiar facts, the case FIR No. 11/2020 dated 19.01.2020 registered at Police Station Anand Parbat for the offences punishable under Section 354/354A/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

6. The present petition stands disposed of.
