JUDGMENT
1. Vide the present petition, petitioner prays as under: a. To direct the respondent no.2 for placing the service record of the petitioner in the record of this Court; b. To direct the respondent no.2 for restoration of 1st financial upgradation benefits of the petitioner w.e.f. 15.06.2006 as per ACP Scheme and for grant of 2nd financial upgradation benefits w.e.f. 15.06.2024 as per MACP Scheme; c. To direct respondent no.2 for grant of all consequential benefits such as re-fixation of basic pay in revised scale of pay, release of arrears alongwith interest arising out of the 1st and 2nd financial upgradations.

3. Mr.Tanveer Ahmed Ansari, learned Senior Panel Counsel accepts notice and submits that till date, they have not been issued any order to effect the recovery from the petitioner.
4. In view of above, we hereby dispose of the present petition by giving direction to the respondents that no recovery shall be effected from the petitioner till the final order.
5. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
