JUDGMENT
1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner requests for extension of further time to furnish Bank Guarantee or any other equivalent document to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

2. Accordingly, petitioner is granted two months time to furnish Bank Guarantee or an appropriate security to the learned Trial Court to its satisfaction.
3. Petition and the application filed herewith are disposed of in above terms.
