1. Dr. Hooda, learned counsel for the petitioner, for the present, restricts his prayer to a disposal of this writ petition in terms of the order dated 27 May 2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) 7442/2025[1]. In the said order, we had directed the writ petition to be treated as a representation and for the respondents to pass a detailed and speaking order, within a time fixed by the Court.

2. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to treat this writ petition as a Rajbir Singh Chauhan & Ors v. Union of India & Anr. W.P.(C) 18851/2025 representation and pass a detailed and speaking order thereon, within four weeks from today.

3. While doing so, the respondents would keep in mind the observations contained in the order dated 27 May 2025 in WP(C) 7442/2025.

4. Should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved by the order which would be passed, his rights in law would remain reserved.

5. The writ petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
