3. Vide the present petition, petitioner prays as under: i. Setting aside the impugned orders dated 08.11.2022, 09.11.2022 and 28.11.2022 passed by respondents wherein petitioner was deinducted from Central Weightlifting Team; ii. Direct the respondents to re-induct and to continue to perform her duties as Coach of Central Weightlifting Team and grant all consequential benefits. 16:49 Neutral Citation Number: 2022/DHC/005536 W.P.(C) 16984/2022

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief, the petitioner made representation dated 11.11.2022 which is at Annexure P-10. However, the said representation has not been decided by the respondents till date.

5. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present petition by giving direction to the respondents to decide the said representation within four weeks from today and the decision taken thereon shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within two weeks thereafter.

6. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

7. In view of aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of.

8. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
