1. Vide the present petition, petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to declare him medically fit after considering the result of the Review Medical Board issued on 17.09.2022, issuance of appointment letter to petitioner and to reserve at least one vacancy for the post in question till disposal of the present petition.

2. Learned counsel for respondents, who is appearing on advance notice, has informed this Court that petitioner has been found fit and selected for the post of Constable (GD) vide order No.A.VI-1/2021-Rectt. (SSB) CT/GD- 2021 dated 16.12.2022 passed by Directorate General, CRPF, (Recruitment Branch), R.K. Puram, New Delhi, Ministry of Home Affairs. 13:40 Neutral Citation Number: 2023/DHC/000435 W.P.(C) 716/2023

3. Learned counsel for respondents further submits that appointment letter will be issued to the petitioner shortly.

4. Let the appointment letter be issued to the petitioner alongwith other selected candidates as mentioned in aforesaid order dated 16.12.2022.

5. Copy of the said order has been supplied to learned counsel for petitioner. On receipt of the same, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

6. Permission granted.

7. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

8. Pending application also stands disposed of.
