JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Bhuvneshwar Tyagi, learned Counsel for the appellant, submits that he is agreeable to a disposal of this appeal with the direction that the goods which were seized from his premises would continue to remain under superdari with him pending disposal of the suit before the learned Commercial Court.
2. Accordingly, it is directed that the goods seized from the premises of the appellant would continue to remain under superdari with the appellant pending disposal of the suit before the learned Commercial Court.
3. The appellant is restrained from dealing with the goods in any FAO (COMM) 85/2025 manner without leave of the learned Commercial Court.
4. The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
