JUDGMENT

1. The prayer of the petitioner, who is a retired employee of this Court, is for grant of fixed medical allowance. There is not a whisper of an averment in the entire writ petition, which runs into six pages, supporting the claim of the petitioner.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to institute a fresh petition, setting out the W.P.(C) 9093/2025 basis of his claim.

3. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
