JUDGMENT
1. Major Anish Muralidhar, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, fairly points out that this case is covered by the judgment of this Bench in Union of India & Ors v. GP Capt. Gajendra Kumar (Retd.)1.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed following the said decision.
