JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner in his petition has made following prayer: a) To direct the respondents DG CRPF to grant Training Allowance to the petitioner in terms of DOPT OM dated 24.10.2017. b) To direct the respondents DG CRPF to grant arrear of the Training Allowance from the date of joining of the petitioners in the RTC Srinagar, CRPF.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the issues raised in the present petition, the petitioner has made a representation dated 06.08.2022 to the respondents. However, the same has not been decided.
3. We hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to 2023/DHC/000126 W.P.(C) 132/2023 decide the representation dated 06.08.2022 within four weeks and the decision of the same shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.
4. Needless to say that if the petitioner still aggrieved, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Court.
5. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
