1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the only direction that the petitioner is seeking is that the learned DRT-II Delhi, take up the application at page 141 of the paper book, whereby the petitioner is seeking refund of the bid amount of Rs. 8.42 crores in compliance of the orders dated 12.09.2022 and 25.10.2022. [ The proceeding has been conducted through Hybrid mode ]

2. Learned counsel also submits that another direction which is being sought to the extent of the interest accrued on the amount of Rs. Neutral Citation Number 2023/DHC/000433 CM(M) 1463/2022 2

8.42 crores @ 8% be also released at the earliest.

3. Learned counsel submits that he will file an early hearing application before the DRT-II and seek an early hearing of the applications which are listed for hearing on 06.03.2023.

4. As and when the application for early hearing is listed, learned DRT-II is requested to endeavour to pre-pone the date of hearing fixed for 06.03.2023 to any date earlier to that, as per its convenience.

5. Learned DRT-II is requested further to endeavour to dispose of the application of the petitioner on a date which is to be fixed by it and not later than two weeks thereafter.

6. The present petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid directions.
