1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of statement of the complainant FIR No.76/2023 dated 13.01.2023 under Section 323/506/195A IPC & 10/21 POCSO Act, PS Narela has been Neutral Citation Number 2023/DHC/001561 registered. Learned counsel also submits that the statement of the victim has been record by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

2. Learned counsel submits that in view of this, he does not want to pursue the present petition. However, learned counsel submits that appropriate directions may be issued to the SHO concerned for the safety and security of the petitioners.

3. Needless to say, the police shall take appropriate steps for the safety and security of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions made, the petition stands disposed of.
