1. Present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- “(a) SET ASIDE and quash the impugned stigmatic order bearing No. D-07/Director/Admn/2023 dated 05.01.2023 issued by the Respondent No. 2; and (b) PASS any such further order (s) as this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstance of the present case.”

2. The primordial contention raised by the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that the impugned order dated 05.01.2023, by which the Petitioner has been reverted back to the post of Deputy Director from the post of Director on which he was holding a current duty charge, is stigmatic and deserves to be set aside. 3. Mr. Parvinder Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 2 hands over a copy of the order dated 02.02.2023 whereby impugned order dated 05.01.2023 has been modified and the alleged stigmatic part of the order has been deleted.

4. Copy of the order is handed over to the counsel for the Petitioner who, on instructions, submits that the grievance raised in the petition stands satisfied and the same be disposed of as infructuous.

5. Taking the order dated 02.02.2023 on record, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending application.
