1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following relief: “(i) Pass an order directing the respondent No. 2, I.T.B.P for deciding the representations made by the petitioner 11.08.2021”

2. We hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner made on 11.08.2021 within four weeks from today and the decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.

3. The petition is disposed of.

4. Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the NEUTRAL CITATION NUMBER: 2023/DHC/000928 W.P.(C) 1607/2023 respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
