JUDGMENT
1. This writ petition seeks quashing of departmental proceedings against the petitioner and the orders passed therein.
2. During the pendency of these proceedings, the petitioner stands medically invalidated out from service on 22 October 2024.
3. Accordingly, the question of continuing departmental proceedings against the petitioner does not arise.
4. The petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
