JUDGMENT
1. After some arguments, Mr. Romy Chacko, Advocate appearing for the respondent No. 1 school submits that the petitioner shall be Neutral Citation Number: 2023/DHC/001529 W.P.(C) 61/2023 given admission under the EWS/ DG category in Class 2 in the Academic Session 2023-24. He further submits that the submission has been made without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
2. Mr. Santosh Kumar Tripathi, Standing Counsel (Civil), GNCTD appearing on behalf of the Directorate of Education (DOE) submits that the petitioner is entitled to admission under the EWS/ DG category and the DOE has no objection if the petitioner is given admission in Class 2 in EWS/ DG category in the next Academic Session 2023-24.
3. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of recording the statement made on behalf of learned counsel for the respondent school. Pending application also stands disposed of accordingly. MINI PUSHKARNA, J FEBRUARY 28, 2023
