JUDGMENT

1. Ms. Shagun Shahi Chugh, learned SPC for the petitioners acknowledges the fact that the dispute in this writ petition which is relating to the respondent’s claim to disability pension is covered by the decisions of this Court in Union of India v. Ex Sub Gawas Anil Madso[1] as well as several other orders passed against the Union of India.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as being covered by earlier decisions. 318 (2025) DLT 711 W.P.(C) 19158/2025

3. Compliance with the judgment of the AFT be ensured within a period of 12 weeks from today.
