1. Mr. Mohanty, learned SPC for the petitioner, acknowledges the fact that the dispute in this case is covered by the judgment of this Court in UOI v. Ex Sub Gawas Anil Madso[1] as well as several other matters in which we have upheld the orders passed by the AFT granting disability pension to the applicants before the Tribunal.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as being covered by earlier decisions. 318 (2025) DLT 711 W.P.(C) 19092/2025

3. Compliance with the judgment of the AFT be ensured within a period of 12 weeks from today.
