1. With the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the petitioner’s representation dated 5 December 2025, within a period of four weeks from today and to communicate the decision to the petitioner forthwith.

2. The petitioner would not be relieved from the present posting till a period of one week after the decision on the representation so as to enable the petitioner to avail remedies, if she is aggrieved. W.P.(C) 19075/2025
