JUDGMENT

1. Ms. Iram Majid, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents submits that an administrative decision has been taken to subject all the candidates to a fresh medical examination and, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges this position.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. W.P.(C) 19124/2025

4. Needless to say, should the petitioner be aggrieved by the outcome of the medical examination, his rights in law would remain reserved.
