JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Udit Vaghela, who appears on behalf of Mr. Naginder Benipal, SPC for the respondents, on instructions submits that the respondents would take a call on the petitioner’s representation seeking reversal of the order of transfer within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner immediately thereupon.

2. He also submits that till the representation is decided and communicated to the petitioner, the impugned order will not be implemented.

3. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition taking the aforesaid W.P.(C) 19050/2025 statement on record.

4. In case, the decision is adverse to the petitioner, the operation would not be effected till the period of expiry of one week from the date of the decision in order to enable the petitioner to seek remedies, if aggrieved.

5. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
