JUDGMENT
1. Present petition has been moved assailing the order dated 05.03.2022, passed by Learned MM, (North West District), Rohini Courts, Delhi, in CC No. 16185/2016 titled "Anand Kumar Jain Vs. Kritender Sharma", whereby the application of the petitioner for summoning and bringing on record certain documents pertaining to CS No. 614963/2016 was dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if he is permitted to file the certified copies of certain documents from civil suit bearing CS No. 614963/2016 titled Kritender Sharma versus Manju Jain and Ors. pending before Learned ADJ, Central, THC. CRL.M.C. 1457/2022
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not insist for summoning of any witness and he may only be permitted to place on record the certified copies of the documents and the learned Trial Court may consider the same in accordance with the law.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objections to the same.
5. In view of the submission made, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may place on record certified copies of the records pertaining to civil suit No. 614963/201s titled Kritender Sharma versus Manju Gang and Others before the Learned Trial Court within two weeks with advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondent. Learned Trial Court may consider the same, in accordance with the law.
6. With these directions, the petition along with the pending application stands disposed of.
