1. As the impugned order merely issues notice on the respondents’ application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, Mr. Sai Deepak, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to re-approach the Court at an appropriate stage.
