1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: “a.) To issue appropriate writ directing the Respondents to provide age relaxation to the Petitioner herein for the duration during which no selection to the post of Constable (Technical and Tradesmen) was held, i.e. more than 6 years; b.) To pass similar directions as were passed by this Hon'ble Court in the case of Sachin and Ors. v. Central Reserve Police Force and Anr., W.P.(C) 90/2023, and provide an age relaxation of 3 years over and above the Petitioner's prescribed upper age limit; c.) To allow the present W.P. (C) with cost of the litigation.”

Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present 18:38 Neutral Citation Number: 2023:DHC:2643-DB W.P.(C) 4733/2023 case is fully covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in Santram Patel And Ors. vs. Central Reserve Police Force And Anr. W.P. (C) 4185/2023 and connected petitions decided on 06.04.2023.

3. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner further submits that if the benefits of the aforesaid judgment are given to the petitioner, the prayers sought in the present petition will stand satisfied.

4. Learned counsel on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submits that the directions passed in the aforementioned judgment are applicable to the case of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to pass the necessary order on the lines of aforesaid judgment.
