1. Vide the present petition, petitioners pray as under: a. To set aside/quash the North Zone Airport Service Order No.11/2023 issued by the office of the Deputy Inspector General (CISF) Airport -North Zone (Ministry of Home Affairs) dated 5th April, 2023 qua these two petitioners who are spouses; b. To direct the Respondents to give the Home Zone transfer to the Petitioners in terms of the circular no. 22/2017 dated 25.09.2017 issued by the office of the Directorate General CISF.

Mr. Manish Kumar, learned Senior Panel Counsel on behalf of the respondents appears on advance notice and has drawn the attention of this Court to clause 7 of the Transfer Order dated 05.04.2023 wherein it is specifically mentioned that “Representations received after 12.04.2023 shall not be considered.”

4. In view of above, we hereby dispose of the present petition by giving direction to the respondents to treat the present petition as representation made by the petitioners and take final reasoned decision within two weeks from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioners within three days thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition as well as pending application stand disposed of.

6. Till the representation is not decided by the respondents, Transfer Order dated 05.04.2023 is stayed qua petitioner no.1 & petitioner no.2.

7. Needless to say, if the petitioners feel aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, they may approach the appropriate forum.

8. Order be given dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
