1. Vide the present petition, petitioners pray as under: a. To direct the respondent DG BSF, to grant the benefits of the higher pay to the petitioner from the date they qualified the conversion test; b. To direct the respondent DG BSF, to grant the benefits MACP scheme to the petitioners, reckoning from the date they reported to Trade Course. c. To direct the respondent DG BSF to grant the arrears and other related benefits to the petitioners with the interest of 12% as per the settled law.

3. Mr.Siddharth Khatana, learned Senior Panel Counsel enters appearance on behalf of the respondents and has informed this Court that petitioner nos.[1] & 10 made representations dated 14.12.2022 and 16.12.2022 for the relief sought in the present petition and the same are pending consideration.

4. In view of above, we hereby direct the respondents to decide the abovementioned representations filed by the petitioners within eight weeks from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioners within one week thereafter with reasoned order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.
