2. The application is allowed, with a direction to the applicant to file official translation of the order/documents within four weeks.

3. The application is accordingly disposed of.

4. Vide the present petition, petitioner prays as under: 13:14 Neutral Citation Number: 2023:DHC:2656-DB a. To direct the respondent No.1 to fix the basic pay of the petitioner at par with her batch mates by treating that in view of national posting the petitioner had completed six months service as on 1.7.2011; b. To direct the respondents to pay entire arrears of pay to the petitioner by treating that the petitioner was entitled to get first increment on 01.07.2011 in the post of SI/Executive in view of her notional appointment from a back date; c. To direct the respondents to grant all consequential benefit and period of service benefit for all purpose and intends based upon the seniority position in the seniority list. d. To direct the respondents to pay interest @ 18 % per annum for the amount of arrears of pay as per prayer ‘b’ above.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief(s), petitioner made various representations, latest representation dated 07.07.2022, however, till date, no response has been received by the respondents.

6. In view of above, we hereby direct the respondents to decide the latest representation dated 07.07.2022 filed by the petitioner within six weeks from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner within one week thereafter with reasoned order.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.
