1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following relief: “a.) To issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents for the disposal of the Legal representation dated 09.09.2022 of the petitioner in a time bound manner.”

2. Learned counsel, appearing on advance notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that respondents have not received the copy of the Legal Representation dated 09.09.2022 of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent No. 2 to take a final decision on the Legal Representation dated 09.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner within six weeks from today.

4. The decision, so taken, shall be communicated to the petitioner within NEUTRAL CITATION NUMBER: 2023:DHC:2460-DB W.P.(C) 4357/2023 one week thereafter with a reasoned order.

5. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.

6. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
