JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner is aggrieved by his dismissal from service.

2. Mr. Akshay Sharma, learned GP appearing on behalf of Mr. Rohan Jaitley, learned CGSC submits, on instructions, that the respondents have taken a decision to reinstate the petitioner in service, subject to the verification of his credentials.

3. Let the needful be done within two weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, the grievance in the writ petition stands redressed. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the W.P.(C) 19737/2025 petitioner to revive the writ petition by means of an application, in case he continues to remain aggrieved.
