NCT OF DELHI & ORS.”

It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the Ld. Counsel for the
Petitioner vide email dated 05.12.2025 that in the above mentioned Crl. M.C., which was disposed of vide
JUDGMENT
dated 01.12.2025, there is a typographical error in para 28 and para 95 of the Judgment.
In para 28, instead of Section 428 IPC, inadvertently, Sections 420 & 468 IPC came to be written.
The para 28 of the Judgment dated 01.12.2025 in the aforesaid case be read as under:
“28. It is therefore, submitted that FIR No.0680/2013 dated 24.07.2013 under Sections 9/39/50/51/ 58 of the Wild Life Act and Sections 428 of IPC, Police Station Shakarpur, Delhi and also Complaint Case No.12/1 filed under Section 55 of Wild Life Act, be quashed.”
In para 95 of the Judgment, there is a typographical error to the effect that instead of the sections of the Complaint Case, inadvertently, Sections of FIR came to be reproduced.

“95. The Petition is allowed, and the Complaint bearing CC No.12/1 dated 31.05.2014 for offences under Ss. 39, 40(2), and 48A r/w 51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 along with FIR bearing no. 680/2013 dated 24.07.2013 for offences under Ss. 9, 39, 50, 51, 58 of Act read with S. 428 of IPC, is quashed vis-a-vis the Petitioner.”
