In view of the order passed in CM(M) 843/2023, Mr. Rajesh Yadav, learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, does not press the present petition, however, submits that in case it is deemed fit, the learned ATMCD be also directed to consider the stay application in Appeal No. 287/2023 along with Appeal No. 286/2023. CM(M) 843/2023 & CM APPL. 26345/2023 (for stay)
7. The present petition along with pending application is disposed of in view of the above directions with no order as to costs.
