JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Mithilesh Jha, who appears in this matter on behalf of the petitioner, submits that there are certain factual inaccuracies in the petition. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition and reinstitute the same.

2. As this is a petition of 2025, we are inclined to agree to the request.

3. The petition is disposed of, as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
