1. This Review Petition is identical to Review Petition 516/2019, the only difference being that the award of the learned Authority under the Working Journalists and Other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955, (“the Working Journalists Act”), forming subject matter of challenge in W.P.(C) 10534/2015 in which the present review petition has been filed, was passed on 19 August 2015.

2. For the reasons stated in the order passed in respect of Review Petition 516/2019, the present review petition is also dismissed. Miscellaneous applications are accordingly disposed of.
