JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Kataria, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that his client would initiate appropriate action with the Police authorities in terms of para 20 of the impugned order passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal and thereafter, seek appropriate remedies in law, as advised, if available. He prays that the writ petition may be disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
