1. The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant seeking setting aside of the impugned judgement dated 17.05.2018 passed in HMA No.558555/2016 passed by learned Principle Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini whereby the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 13 (1) (ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been dismissed.

2. Respondent appears in person and she has produced her original Aadhar Card issued by Government of India bearing No.439117430294 VID 9194849199218860 for identification and after verifying the same, it is returned to respondent. Copy thereof is taken on record.

3. Respondent has also produced a copy of order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonipat wherein it is recorded that the 17:27 MAT.APP.(F.C.) 42/2019 respondent has withdrawn the criminal appeal, i.e. CRA-175/2017 filed by her against the appellant-husband.

4. Respondent submits that she does not want to pursue this appeal and she has no objection if present appeal is allowed.

5. Accordingly, marriage between appellant and respondent is hereby dissolved.

6. Present appeal along with pending application stands disposed of.

7. Decree-sheet be drawn accordingly.
