JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Chander Parkash, who was a tenant in room No.19 at Grand Hotel Building, 2 Underhill Road, Civil Lines, Delhi, is present in person and submits that possession of the premises has been taken illegally despite there being an interim order in their favour.

2. This is disputed by learned counsel appearing for the respondent/landlord. She submits that the landlord had taken possession in execution of an order passed on a petition under Section 14 (1) (b)of the Delhi Rent Control Act.

2. Mr. Chander Prakash prays for an adjournment to take appropriate steps for restitution of the premises. He prays that since he does not have the wherewithal to appoint a counsel, a pro bono counsel be appointed for him. At his request, Mr. Bhuvan Gugnani, RC.REV. 208/2017 2 Advocate (Mobile No.9810126664, r/o D-102, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi) is appointed as the pro bono counsel.
