JUDGMENT
1. By order dated 6 July 2023, passed in FAO(OS) (COMM) 186/2022, the Division Bench of this Court had disposed of not only the said FAO but also the present suit in view of Settlement Agreement dated 26 May 2023. As such, no further orders are required to be passed.
2. This suit shall stand disposed of in terms of the order dated 6 July 2023, passed by the Division Bench in FAO(OS) (COMM) 186/2022.
