CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C.HARI SHANKAR O R D E R (O R A L)
04.08.2023
JUDGMENT

1. The order dated 15 March 2023 of the learned Joint Registrar (Judicial) notes the contention of learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, to withdraw the petition.

2. Accordingly, the learned Joint Registrar listed the matter before the Court.

3. On the last date of hearing, as the Bench did not assemble, the matter could not be taken up.

4. Today, the matter has been passed-over and called out twice. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner at either call.

5. Apparently, therefore, the petitioner is not interested in C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 25/2021 prosecuting the proceedings.

6. The petition is, therefore, dismissed for default for nonprosecution.
