JUDGMENT

1. The dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and settlement agreement dated 1 August 2023 is on record. O R D E R (O R A L) % 07.08.2023

2. All parties are represented by learned Counsel today.

3. Learned Counsels for the parties undertake on behalf of their respective clients to remain bound by the terms of settlement.

4. The Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds them to be in order and enforceable.

5. As such, the dispute does not survive for consideration. CS(COMM) 1059/2018

6. The suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 1 August 2023 by which parties shall remain bound.

7. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fee, if any, deposited by it.

8. Let a decree sheet be drawn up by the Registry accordingly.

9. Miscellaneous pending applications also stand disposed of.
