JUDGMENT
SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL)

1. Petitioners have impugned the notification of recruitment as Short Service Commission in Army Dental Corps, 2022 to the extent that it denied equal opportunity to women by restricting their appointment to only 3 out of 30 seats.

2. Learned counsel for the parties inform that against an interim order dated 27.01.2023 passed in this petition, the petitioners had approached the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court by order dated W.P.(C) 16175/2022 08.05.2023 in SLP (C) No.3293/2023 noticed that the petitioners were interviewed by the respondents and two out of five petitioners before this Court were selected and offer letters have been issued. The Supreme Court has also noticed in order dated 08.05.2023 that grievance of the petitioners stands satisfied. Order dated 08.05.2023 has been produced. Same is taken on record.

3. In view of the petitioners having approached the Supreme Court and Supreme Court recording that the grievance of the petitioners stands satisfied and two out of the five petitioners have already been given offer of appointment, we are of the view that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and no further orders are called for in the petition.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
