JUDGMENT
1. A cheque has been brought by Mr. Maurya in the Court and handed over to Mr. Pandey, learned SPC.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to credit the amount by bank-to-bank transfer on the respondent’s account NO. 2204001700007986, IFSC Code PUNB0220400 within a week from today.
3. In that view of the matter, we do not deem it necessary to keep this application pending any further.
