JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been placed before this Court on an office note, whereby it is noted that in paragraph No.40 of the judgment dated 13.09.2023 in the aforesaid matter, the place where such bail bonds is to be furnished, has inadvertently been left from mentioning.
2. The corrected paragraph No.40 be now read as under:- “In view of the above, the applicant is enlarged on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1 lakh with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, subject to the following conditions:-......”
3. The aforesaid correction be made out forthwith and corrected copy of the judgment dated 13.09.2023 be uploaded as a corrigendum on the official website of this Court.
