1. The petitioner has remained absent on every day when this matter was listed before the learned Joint Registrar except on 5 May

2022. There is no appearance on 7 April 2022, 3 August 2022, 30 November 2022, 23 January 2023, 2 March 2023, 9 May 2023 and 24 July 2023, as a result of which the learned Joint Registrar directed that the matter be listed before the Court.

2. Today, too, the petitioner is unrepresented.
