This Appeal has been filed by the State against acquittal of the sole accused before High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in
Criminal Appeal No. 6617/2017.
Now the appellant has filed an application (I.A. NO. 80032/2021) stating that the appeal is abated against the sole respondent and has produced the death certificate of the sole respondent as Annexure A1. It would reveal the death of the sole respondent on 28.10.2019.
In the light of the above circumstances, Criminal appeal
