JUDGMENT
1. Ms. M. Theepa, learned SPC who appears for the petitioners, acknowledges that this case, which challenges an order passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal granting disability pension to the respondent who suffers from Diabetes Mellitus Type-II, is covered by earlier judgments of this Court.
2. She, accordingly, does not contest this matter.
