JUDGMENT

1. Ms. Aishwarya Chhabra, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the respondents very fairly submits that, as the disability from which the petitioner is suffering is Hemorrhoids, his condition may be reviewed by a team of Officers of the Army Research and Referral Hospital on a date to be fixed by this Court.

2. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner be reviewed by the Army Research and Referral Hospital, for which purpose the petitioner would present himself at the Hospital on 13 December 2025 at 11 am at the office of the Medical Superintendent of the Army Research and Referral Hospital. The examination of the petitioner would take place on the same day and the result would be W.P.(C) 18017/2025 communicated to him.

3. In case, the petitioner is found fit, his candidature would be considered in the next batch.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.
