The compensation in the sum of Rs. 22,35,870/- granted by the Motor
Accident Claims Tribunal, Madurai was affirmed by the High Court, which decision was under challenge before this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances on record, the quantum of compensation was raised to the level of Rs.40 lakhs by this Court.
The instant Review Petition
