The order passed by the Collector was affirmed by the Financial
Commissioner in revision and by the Single Judge in a writ petition arising therefrom. The Letters Patent Appeal having been rejected by the High
Court, the special leave petition was preferred in this Court.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the view taken by the
High Court was affirmed and the special leave petition was dismissed. We have gone through the grounds taken in the review petition,
make out any error apparent on record. This review petition is, therefore, dismissed.
