JUDGMENT
2. By last order (05.12.2025), the learned predecessor bench by way of detailed order adjourned the matter to this day for hearing, granting interim protection to the accused/applicant from arrest, subject to his joining and cooperating in the investigation. Today, it is fairly submitted by learned APP on instructions of IO/SI Vinod Kumar that the accused/applicant has joined (ORAL)
1. The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR NO. 624/2025 of PS Mehrauli for offences under Section 115(2)/333/308(4)/ 351(3)/3(5) BNS and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act.
BAIL APPLICATION 4713/2025 pages and also cooperated in the investigation and is no more required for investigation purposes.
3. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he assaulted the complainant de facto with fists and kicks, though his coaccused Himanshu and Shubham @ Sube were carrying pistol and the coaccused Shubham @ Sube also demanded Rs.2,00,000/-. There is no other allegation against the accused/applicant.
4. In view of above circumstances, including the role ascribed to the accused/applicant and there being no serious opposition, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the accused/applicant shall be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO.
5. Accompanying application also stands disposed of.
