(oral)

1. The limited prayer in the present petition is to request the learned Trial Court to adjudicate FIR No.305/2019 under Sections 03/04 of Medicare Service Person And (Prevention of Violence and Damage of Property) Act, 2008 at P.S. North Rohini, Delhi on expeditious basis.

2. The abovesaid FIR was registered in the year 2019 and the charges had yet not been ascertained.

3. According to petitioners, it is a false case and a counterblast.

4. However, at this juncture, it will not be appropriate for this Court to make any comment about the truthfulness or veracity of the allegations appearing in the FIR.

5. However, since the FIR was registered way back in the year 2019 and W.P.(CRL) 262/2026 2 charges have yet not been ascertained, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Trial Court to ascertain the charges as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today and, thereafter, to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

6. Needless to say, since the petitioner is now based in Bengaluru, in case they engage some advocate and do not dispute identity, the learned Trial Court shall consider granting them exemption from personal appearance.

7. The present petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
